•People who have sought refuge in another country/migrants from a region with Arabic language/culture.
•- Experience of trauma due to conflict in country of origin, persecution, experiences on the escape route, belonging to a minority, discrimination, or oppression.
•- Age: 18 - 75 years
•- Written consent for the participation in the study.

•Exclusion criteria for all conditions:
•- People with acute suicidality
•- People with an acute psychotic episode
•- People, who are not able to consent and/or are not capable of understanding the nature, meaning, and scope of the research project, and can not give their written consent.
•- Exclusion criteria for the participation in the MRI measurement with neurofeedback:
•- People with MRI-contraindications
•- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
•- Claustrophobia
