- •1.Patients with adenexal abnormalities , glaucoma, contact lens wearer, corneal pathology
- •2.Patients on immunosuppressive therapy.
- •3.known hypersensitivity to Tacrolimus eye ointment
- •4.Pregnancy and Lactation
- •5.History of topical medication usage in the previous two weeks.
