•1- Patient having chronic history of alcohol consumption.
•2- Patient those having sign and symptoms of madatyaya as mentioned in ayurvedic text.
•3- Patient who are willing for alcohol deaddiction
•4- Patient age between 20 to 60 years.
•5- Patients of both sex.
•6- Patient who will give consent.
•7- Patient fit for Taildhara.

•1- Occasional drinkers.
•2-Pregnant women and lactating mothers.
•3-Patient suffering from any kind of major systemic illness which might interfere in the present study.
•4-Patients who are suffering from major psychiatric illness.
•5-Patient with severe clinical manifestation of alcohol withdrawal syndrome like delirium tremens, hallucination and status epilepticus.
