Inclusion Criteria

1. Any patient who was admitted as an in-patient in Department of Pediatrics between March , 2020 – September 2020

2. At least 15 days from the date of discharge.

3. Admitted with confirmed diagnosis of COVID 19

4. Resides in Delhi state and agrees to commute to get spirometry on telephonic conversation

5. Consent for spirometry and taking part in the study

6. 8-18 years of age so that can undertake spirometry.

Exclusion Criteria

1. No underlying lung disease.

2. No pre-existing diagnosis of asthma.

3. No congenital lung abnormalities

To analyze the residual impact of COVID 19 disease on pulmonary function tests in pediatric patients(8-18 years of age) as assessed by pulmonary function tests.Timepoint: Cross sectional study , for pediatric patients admitted between , March , 2020 – September 2020. Patients, will be called once, for pulmonary function testing , as per appointments available and assessed for impairment of lung function (if any ) . The study is proposed to be held between November, 2020 -January , 2021

Analyse the difference in PFT impairment , in patients who were admitted with severe COVID (PICU graduates) and mild-moderate COVIDTimepoint: Cross sectional study , for pediatric patients admitted between , March , 2020 – September 2020. Patients, will be called once, for pulmonary function testing , as per appointments available and assessed for impairment of lung function (if any ) . The study is proposed to be held between November, 2020 -January , 2021;Ascertain persistence of clinical symptoms in COVID 19 recovered pediatric patientsTimepoint: Cross sectional study , for pediatric patients admitted between , March , 2020 – September 2020. Patients, will be called once, for pulmonary function testing , as per appointments available and assessed for impairment of lung function (if any ) .
