入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Patients with diagnosed primary knee osteoarthritis who are undergoing Total Knee Arthroplasty.
- •2. Age: Patients who are aged 50 to 80 years.
- •3. Gender: Both males and females.
排除标准
- •Total Knee Arthroplasty group:
- •1. History of neurological impairments which affect lower extremity function, immunological or inflammatory diseases.
- •2. Patients with a major medical, cardiac, or vascular event in the past year.
- •3. Patients with other lower extremity orthopaedic surgeries/ injuries in the past year or conditions besides knee OA.
- •4. Patients who develop any acute traumatic onset lower extremity condition which requires hospitalization or bed rest during the duration of the study.
- •5. Patients who are not willing to participate in the study.
- •Control group:
- •1. History of neurological impairments which affect lower extremity function, immunological or inflammatory diseases.
- •2. Patients with a major medical, cardiac, or vascular event in the past year.
- •3. Patients with lower extremity orthopaedic surgeries/ injuries in the past year.
- •4. Patients with other medical conditions that severely limits function.
- •5. Patients who are not willing to participate in the study.
