- •1. PLHIV with advanced HIV infection at presentation as defined by WHO guidelines ofJuly, 2017:
- •i. Any PLHIV with CD-4 count < 200 cell/mm3 or
- •ii. Any PLHIV with stage 3 or 4 disease.
- •2. Age: More than or equal to18 years.
- •3. Subjects providing written informed consent.
