Patients who received an uncomplicated CMRI before the LTX.
Patients who, based on this CMRI, do not have any critical myocardial ischemia relevant to LTX.
Inability to give informed consent.
Known, general contraindication for an MRI scan, such as the presence of
a cardiac pacemaker or implantable defibrillator, ferromagnetic clips or intracranial clips, shrapnel, etc.,
Acute heart failure > NYHA III and/or rhythmic instability.
Severe renal impairment with a glomerular filtration rate <30 mL/min/1.73 m2.
Serious infectious diseases.
Pregnancy.
Age younger than 18 .
Claustrophobia (fear of confined or confined spaces).
Hypersensitivity to any of the active ingredients used.

Name Time Method ormalization of strain as a newly established parameter for global and regional deformation<br>the heart muscle fibers.<br>Reduction of the extracellular volume as an indicator for an existing myocardial fibrosis. Occurrence of new, functionally relevant coronary stenoses.
