Inclusion Criteria
men; adults; alternating shift workers; Vitamin D levels less than 30 ng/mL or less than 75 nmol/L; blood glucose increased; lipid profile increased; blood pressure increased; waist circumference increased
Exclusion Criteria
clinical history of malabsorption syndrome, kidney disease, liver or thyroid changes; use of anticonvulsant drugs, steroids, hormones or supplements of vitamins and minerals; altered levels of creatinine, calcium and albumin depending on the kit to be used.
