Inclusion Criteria
INDIVIDUALS DIAGNOSED WITH CERVICAL RADICULOPATHY DUE TO CERVICAL DISC HERNIATION(CDH BY MRI).
A SYMPTOM DURATION OF 3 OR MORE THAN 3 MONTHS(SEVERITY OF NECK PAIN,RADIATING TO THE ARM NUMBNESS IN THE FINGER,HAND OR ARM).
PATIENTS WHO CAN READ AND UNDERSTAND MALAYALAM
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with Cervical Spinal Stenosis
Patients with Diabetes Mellitus.
And with Neuro Muscular Weakness.
Patients with psychiatric and Cognitive Disorders.
Illiterate Patients.
