Inclusion Criteria
1. Patient with advanced cancer (Any cancer).
2. Referred to Palliative Medicine department (New or follow-up)
3. Patient over age of 18 years and able to provide informed consent, or, through surrogates, if patient is drowsy/delirious.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with potential curable disease referred for early palliative care.
2. Patients for whom reliable contact number or method of communication is not available.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1. Relationship between PPI and actual survival using cox proportional hazards regression method.2. Positive predictive value (PPV) and negative predictive value (NPV) of survival less than three weeks and less than six weeks by using PPI as a tool. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: The first time point is end of 3rd week post enrollment and second time point is end of 6th week post enrollment.
