1. Patients will be selected between 20 to 60 yrs. age group, irrespective of
gender,having calculi size 8mm to 10 mm in the kidney, ureter, bladder etc.
in USG abdomen or X-ray KUB Report
2. Mutrashmari Patients those who will be ready to give written consent.
Patients with any urinary obstructive condition. (Prostatomegaly)
Impacted stone.
Gross Hydronephrosis.
Pyelonephritis.
Patients undergoing treatment for any other serious illness.
Malignancy.
Impaired Renal Function.
Any other complication of calculus.

Name Time Method To compare the efficacy of Paneeya palash kshar(250mg) and kadali kshar(250mg) <br/ ><br>with yavakshar (125mg) in the management of Mutrashmari for reduction in the <br/ ><br>size of calculus in 30 days. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Patient will be followed up on 14th and 30th day
