Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. It is in line with the KOA diagnostic standard of the medial single room in the osteoarthritis diagnosis and treatment guide (2018 edition) of the Joint Surgery Group of the Chinese Medical Association Osteology Branch;
- •2\. The K\-L grade of knee joint X\-ray film was evaluated as grade 0, grade I, grade II or grade III;
- •3\. Men or women aged 40 to 70 years;
- •4\. Complete walking for at least 10min minutes without assistive devices;
- •5\. High school and above culture, can correctly understand the requirements of researchers;
- •6\. Agree to the informed consent and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. The K\-L classification of knee joint was grade IV, or joint deformity, with serious complications affecting knee joint function;
- •2\. Complicated with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, digestive system diseases, autoimmune diseases, psychosis, acute or chronic infection, or suffering from other neuromuscular diseases affecting gait;
- •3\. Pregnant and lactating women;
- •4\. Patients who had received other treatment in the last 2 months had an impact study;
- •5\. Other situations in which the researchers considered it inappropriate to participate in the study.
