Inclusion Criteria
patients with chronic dental infection (chronic apical periodontitis)
ASA category 1 patients
patients without any other medications
Exclusion Criteria
patients with acute infection
immunocompromised patients
pregnant & lactating female patients
patient currently on any other medication
ASA category 2, 3, 4
