Inclusion Criteria

1.The diagnostic criteria of western medicine refer to the diagnostic criteria of Stroke in the 2010 Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases in China, and all are diagnosed as cerebrovascular disease through CT or MRI;
2.The diagnostic criteria of TCM refer to the Criteria for Diagnosis and Efficacy Evaluation of Stroke published by the Encephalopathy Emergency Cooperation Group of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in January 1996.
(1)Patients meet the above-mentioned diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine for stroke and are diagnosed by CT or MRI;
(2)Hand dysfunction caused by stroke;
(3)Patients with clear consciousness and stable vital signs;
(4)Aged 35 to 70 years;
(5)The first stroke, and the course of the disease is <=6 months;
(6)Patients who have good compliance with this research and signed an informed consent form.
3.The diagnostic criteria for post-stroke hand spasm refer to Stroke Rehabilitation Treatment Technology · Rehabilitation Evaluation of Cerebrovascular Diseases. The clinical manifestations are abnormally increased hand muscle tone, abnormal muscle coordination function, and modified Ashworth spasm rating >0.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney diseases and other system diseases;
2.Patients with other wrist and finger joint diseases;
3.Other treatments at the same time and the method is effective;
4.Patients with acute stroke or recurrent disease;
5.Mentally ill patients.
6.Patients who cannot perceive temperature such as cold and heat.
