- •Patient age above 18 years old who are going to do parotidectomy anf follow up at otolaryngology clinic, chulalongkorn hospital
排除标准
- •-patient who are going to do parotidectomy and neck dissection
- •-patient who have previous radiation therapy at parotid gland or head and neck area
- •-patient who had previous parotidectomy within 1 year
- •-patient who receives anticholinergic drug
- •-coagulopathy (platelet<50,000, PT,PTT>1.5xnormal control, INR>1.5)
