- •1. Parturients with diabetes mellitus undergoing elective Caesarean section under spinal anaesthesia
排除标准
- •i.Parturients with contraindications for spinal anaesthesia
- •ii.Patients with other comorbidities like hypertension, cardiac disease, renal disease, liver disease
- •iii.Parturients presenting with fetal distress
- •iv.Parturients with uncontrolled blood sugar ( >200mg/dl on the day of surgery)
- •v.Patients on steroid therapy
