Inclusion Criteria
Adult patients ( >18 years) newly diagnosed with cancer (non-hematological tumors treated with a â??curativeâ?? intent or those in whom the expected survival is at least one year) who are willing to participate in the study and fulfilling the eligibility criteria within one week of initiation of treatment
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients who have had any form of cancer-directed treatment prior to presentation to JIPMER
2. Patients who are planned only for supportive care without cancer-directed treatment
3. Patients who are planned for enrolment in clinical trials
