- •Age 20 years or more, Adenomyosis diagnosed by imaging
Exclusion Criteria
- •Ovarian endometriosis, or uterine leiomyoma diagnosed by imaging, severe anemia, Patients who are planned for hysterectomy or any other modality of treantment, Patients who want pregnancy in future, Patients with contraindication(s) to use LNG IUS or dienogest, PAtients not giviong conscent for the study
