Individuals with neck pain with more than 3 months
Willing participants
Having atleast one trigger point in neck region
Pressure-Pain threshold and pain tolerance intensity on Visual analog scale (VAS >3)
a positive neurological examination (presence of positive motor, reflex, or sensory abnormalities indicating spinal root compression) or abnormal neurological signs in the upper limbs relating to nerve entrapment.11
Individuals with previous history of trauma or fracture past 6 months
cervical stenosis, metabolic or systemic disorders, or cancerlocal anesthetics, and/or steroid injections into the trigger points within 6 months.
Any inflammatory pathology, malignancy, previous spinal surgery, history of cardiovascular, neurological or respiratory illness
