Inclusion Criteria

Primary open angle glaucoma patients (POAG)

Primary angle closure glaucoma patients (PACG)

Exclusion Criteria

(i)Extremes of ages (age less than 40 years and more than 65 years)

(ii) Eyes with ocular diseases other than cataract and/or POAG,PACG

(iii) Eyes that underwent cataract surgery (and implantation of an intraocular lens) within 6 months prior to aqueous humour collection (to exclude the effect of postoperative in�ammation following cataract surgery)

(iv) Glaucoma due to secondary causes.
