This study aims to correlate the severity of acute pancreatitis with regard to BISAP, RANSONS, CT SEVERITY scores and to determine the prognosis and outcome of acute pancreatitis with regard to the scores observed.

入选标准
- •age >15years in both sexes.
- •Characteristic abdominal pain.
- •Increased levels of Serum amylase and/or lipase 3 times the normal value.
- •Ultrasonography of the abdomen demonstrating changes showing acute pancreatitis.
排除标准
- •Proven cases of chronic pancreatitis.
- •Age <15 years in both sexes.
- •Hereditary pancreatitis 4)Patient with co-morbidities like COPD, renal impairment, immunosuppressive state, CAD.
- •Pancreatic abscess.
- •Pancreatic pseudocyst.

To correlate the severity of acute pancreatitis with regard to various scores.

- To predict prognosis and outcome of acute pancreatitis with regard to the scores observed.(till time of discharge)
