入选标准
- •1. scheduled for elective bowel surgery.
- •2. ASA 1 or 2.
- •3. duration of surgery > 60 min.
- •4.Procedures where total gut irrigation is done to prepare the bowel (e.g. Posterior Sagittal Anorectoplasty,abdomino perineal pull through Duhamol procedure, colostomy closure, Hartmanâ??s procedure etc.)
排除标准
- •1Cardiopulmonary disease
- •2.Renal insufficiency
- •3.Hepatic failure
- •4.Anticipated massive bleeding/severe hypotension
- •5.Emergency procedure
- •6.Hb <8gm/dl
