acute vestibulopathy patients with nausea and/or vomiting and who visited emergency room or outpatients clinic, and attended to hospitalization, and who are willing to participate in this study
diabetes or hypertension, acute peptic ulcer, glaucoma, intestinal obstruction, pregnancy, under age of 18, currently-using steroids or past medical history of steroid use before 3 months from initial visit, having an allergy to dexamethasone, immunodepressant users, central orign of dizziness such as cerebral infarction or hemorrhage, head trauma, uncontrolled diabetes and/or hypertension, known cerebrovascular disease or cardiovascular disease, psychogenic problems such as depression or schizoprenia.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Visual analogue scale (0-10 points) to assess degrees of nausea and dizziness, and bed-side physical examination will be performed.
