Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. patients with hemiplegia/hemiparesis for or more than a year, 2\. hemiplegia/hemiparesis with Brunnstrom motor recovery stage of at least 4, 3\. able to walk with or without a walking aid, 4\. at least 7/10 on the Abbreviation Mental Test, 5\. have a constant state or well\-controlled of co\-morbidities, 6\. able to communicate and follow instructions
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. clinical evidence of brainstem signs, 2\. severe cognitive and/or language deficits or inability to follow instructions, 3\. significant behavioral problems
