The degree of SpO2 reduction was significantly and consistently lower during exercise with OxyCube than comparison to exercise with the sham device, and the difference in SpO2 during exercise was greatest at the 6-minute mark (6.0 +- 3.0%, 9.7 +- 3.0%, respectively; P < 0.001). The HR and BS did not differ between the two devices, indicating the quantitative nature of this study.
