People with diagnosed CKD (distinguishing CKD and CKDuis not possible) between 1 to 4 stages based on eGFR both men and women.
Moderate and high blood pressure (traditional etiological reasons for CKD)
Participants of both genders aged 18 to 60 years.
Willingness to participate in a 12-week Yoga program.
Patients willing to give a valid consent form.
People identified with genetic kidney diseases
Those who had undergone renal replacement therapy
Persons identified with renal carcinoma, polycystic kidney disease
Those identified with severe cognitive decline, immobilized or severe mobility restrictions
Those who have diagnosed neurological or psychological problems
Alcoholic or addiction to any other recreational drug
Recent major trauma or surgery that would interfere with participation
Inability to speak or understand English or Telugu or Hindi
Unable to provide informed consent
Pregnant women
Persons with any other serious problem that can confound the intervention effort.
Uncontrolled diabetes, with single working kidney, congenital renal malformations, history of carcinoma in the past, or any other renal pathology or surgery in past.
Treatment history for longstanding acute kidney pathology , Glomerular disease acute tubular necrosis, nephritic syndrome, nephritic syndrome , membranous nephropathy etcâ?¦
