- •Based in Dunedin region
- •Diagnosed with hypertension
- •Prescribed three of more antihypertensive medications including a diuretic (RHT Definition).

- •Diagnosed with hypertension prescribed two or less antihypertensive medications
- •Adults above the age of 60 years
- •Diagnosed/known renal disease
- •Females who are pregnant
