- •(1\) Patients who are unconscious during emergency transport (JCS: 2 or more) (2\) Patients and families with obvious cognitive impairment or mental impairment prior to emergency transport (3\) Patients and families who do not understand Japanese language (4\) Patients and families with mental conditions who are unable to listen to the study summary at the time of emergency transport.
