This is a Randomised controlled trial comparing the effectiveness of Genicular nerve block and Adductor canal block for post operative analgesia in patients undergoing knee arthroscopic surgeries by estimating the time interval between the first rescue analgesia between the two blocks post operatively.

入选标准
- •1.Patients scheduled for elective knee arthroscopic surgeries 2.Patients aged 18-60 years 3.Able to provide informed consent 4.ASA physical status I,II 5.No contraindications to local anaesthetics or coagulopathy.
排除标准
- •1.Patients with contraindications to nerve blocks (coagulopathy or bleeding disorders) 2.Patient refusal 3.ASA physical status III,IV 4.Patients with known allergies to local anaesthetics 5.Patients with neurological deficits,cardiac,renal,hepatic and respiratory insufficiency.

时间窗: From 0 mins of administering block till patient starts perceiving pain

- To compare the effectiveness on Genicular nerve block with Adductor canal block for post operative analgesia in patients undergoing knee arthroscopy(From 0 point of administering block till the patient receives post operative rescue analgesia)
