- Brief Summary
THIS STUDY IS AN RANDOMISED DOUBLE BLIND ACTIVE CONTROLLED STUDY . WE ARE ASSESSING THE POST OPERATIVE ANALGESIC EFFECT AFTER GIVING TAP BLOCK WITH 2 DIFFERENT TYPE OF DRUGS FOR 2 DIFFERENT GROUP OF PATIENTS. FIRST GROUP IS GIVEN TAP BLOCK WITH INJ BUPIVACAINE 0.25 % + INJ DEXAMETHASONE AND SECOND GROUP IS GIVEN TAP BLOCK WITH INJ BPIVACAINE 0.25% PLAIN. POST OPERATIVELY BLOCK WAS GIVEN AND PAIN WAS ASSESSED USING VAS SCORE FOR 24 HOURS.

Inclusion Criteria
ALL LSCS PATIENTS UNDER SUBARACHNOID BLOCK.
Exclusion Criteria
- PATIENT REFUSAL 2) PATIENT WITH ASA GRADE III AND IV 3) LOCAL SKIN INFECTIONS( LATERAL ABDOMINAL WALL) 4) SIGNIFICANT CARDIAC DISEASE 5) SUSPECTED COAGULOPATHIES OR BLEEDING DISORDERS 6) ALLERGY TO LOCAL ANAESTHETICS AND STUDY DRUG.

Name Time Method VAS SCORE will be assessed for the patients It will be assessed at a 4hour interval upto 24 hours after giving the block.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method when the BREAKTHROUGH ANALGESIA is to be given for the patients. until 24 hours after giving TAP block.
