- •swimmers specializing in free style, breast stroke ,butterfly stroke swimmers testing positive for GIRD positive internal rotation lag test and kim test willingness of participants.
排除标准
- •Participants with any musculoskeletal injuries preventing participants in last 6 months.
- •Any diagnostic case of neurological conditions & cardiovascular conditions.
- •Obstetric women & Cancer patients.
