入选标准

  • swimmers specializing in free style, breast stroke ,butterfly stroke swimmers testing positive for GIRD positive internal rotation lag test and kim test willingness of participants.

排除标准

  • Participants with any musculoskeletal injuries preventing participants in last 6 months.
  • Any diagnostic case of neurological conditions & cardiovascular conditions.
  • Obstetric women & Cancer patients.
