入选标准
- •a)Diabetes patient who has received pharmacological (allopathic) treatment for more than one month at any time since diagnosis of diabetes, as per ADA guidelines.
- •b)Patientâ??s age at the time of giving consent should be > 18 years
- •c)Willing to accept & sign informed consent before data collection / documentation.
排除标准
- •a)Patient on alternative medicine only.
- •b)Recent acute illness within one month (before the date of enrolling in the present study) requiring hospitalization.
- •c)Illiterate persons. Not able to understand and comply with instructions.
- •d)Patients unable to do self-care, self-administration of medication or have poor cognitive functions.
