- •Patients willing to give written jnformed consent Patients of either gender between 18 to 60 years
- •Patients with reduced mouth opening between 36 to 40 mm
- •Patients having a history of chewing areca nut and its related products
- •The patients having clinical features of Mukhapaka such as ulceration Vrana pain Shoola burning sensation Daha Redness Raktavarnata excessive salivation Lalastrava will be taken
排除标准
- •Patients with a history of malignancy
- •Patients presenting with oral lesions other than Oral submucous fibrosis OSMF
- •Extensive fibrosis with severe trismus with an interincisal distance IID less than 13 mm
- •Disease is most advanced with premalignant and malignant changes
- •Generalized fibromatosis
- •Chronic debilitating conditions such as uncontrolled DM uncontrolled HT HIV etc
