- •1.A patient of age more than 18 years.
- •2.uncomplicated unilateral inguinal hernia undergoing elective laparoscopic hernia repair(TEP or TAPP)
排除标准
- •1.patient not willing to participates in study.
- •2.complicated inguinal hernia.
- •3.recurrent inguinal hernia.
- •4.patient is not fit for GA.
- •5.coagulopathy.
- •6.B/L inguinal hernia.
- •7.female inguinal hernia.
- •8.previous lower abdominal surgery.
