Inclusion Criteria
1.A patient of age more than 18 years.
2.uncomplicated unilateral inguinal hernia undergoing elective laparoscopic hernia repair(TEP or TAPP)
Exclusion Criteria
1.patient not willing to participates in study.
2.complicated inguinal hernia.
3.recurrent inguinal hernia.
4.patient is not fit for GA.
5.coagulopathy.
6.B/L inguinal hernia.
7.female inguinal hernia.
8.previous lower abdominal surgery.
