入排标准
入选标准
- •1) Patients in whom Total Knee Replacement is done under general anaesthesia who
- •consents for the study and follow up.
- •2) Age group 40 to 80
排除标准
- •1) History of allergy to the medications used in the study
- •2) Abnormal renal or liver function tests
- •3) Patients with stress fractures
- •4) Patients with intra-operative fractures
- •5) Previous history of steroid injection into the knee joint
- •6) Patients undergoing revision surgery
- •7) Patients undergoing anaesthesia other than general anaesthesia
- •8) Patients taking any medication for psychiatric illness will be excluded
