Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients fulfilling the criteria for bipolar disorder as per the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual for Mental disorders; Fourth edition (DSM-IV) determined using the Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview (MINIPLUS) 5.
2. Age: 18-65 years
3. Duration of illness - at least 10 years
4. Either gender
5. Currently in remission (Hamilton Depression Rating Scale score of <7 and Young Mania Rating Scale score of <7).
6. Provide written informed consent (English or Kannada)
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with evidence of organic brain syndrome or intellectual disability.
2. Bipolar disorder secondary to any organic cause.
3. Unwilling to participate in study.
4. Violent/ uncooperative patients.
5. Medically not fit to participate.
