- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Main hypothesis: Microbiome and cell signature differ in kidney transplant patients with and without urinary tract infection. Analysis of differences is feasible by urine FACS.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Other Hypotheses:
-Urinays cell signatures and microbiome are significantly correlated
-Urinary immune cell populations hold a predictive value for the development of UTI or relapse of UTI
-Urinary cell signatures differ depending on bacteria colonization
-Urinary cell populations differ in patients with asymptomatic bacteriuria and UTI
-Urinary cell signatures and transplant function are significantly correlates during / after UTI
