Inclusion Criteria

En Major inclusion criteria:1- Having only one experience of stroke (at least 6 months-5years ago) 2- Having an injury to the middle cerebral artery 3-Not having unilateral neglect 4-The level of upper extremity function according to Brunstrum =3 5-Ability of cognitive level according to MMSE =21 6- Diagnosis of depression according to Beck Depression Inventory <31 7- no history of other neurological or orthopedic conditions

Exclusion Criteria

1-Patients with stroke have chronic fatigue 2. Patients who are at an acute stage of stroke 3. Stroke patients who have symptoms of chronic depression.

Method of measurement: Box-Block Test, Purde-Peg Board Test, wolf motor function test, Fugle meyer upper extremity assesment, Shouder Position Sense Test, Elbow Position Sense Test.;Activity of daily living. Timepoint: Before, after and 3 month after intervention. Method of measurement: Shah Barthel Index.;Participation. Timepoint: Before, after and 3 month after intervention. Method of measurement: Canadian Occupational Performance Measure.
