- •Postnatal women from 6 months to 1 year
- •Age group from 20- 35 years
- •Females with vaginal and LSCS delivery
- •History of acute low back pain
- •After 2- 6 months postpartum with NPRS score more then 3
- •Primigravida and multigravida
- •Subjects willing to participate
排除标准
- •Current pregnancy
- •Vertebral fracture
- •Disc herniation
- •Deep vein thrombosis
- •Acute inflammation
- •Active infection
- •On medication
- •Surgeries of spine/ pelvis
