Inclusion Criteria

? 20-50 years old, BMI 35kg/m2=BMI 49.9kg/m2, ASA ? - ?. ? Patients who planned to undergo laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy and agreed to participate in the experiment.

Exclusion Criteria

? Patients who had nausea or vomiting before surgery and applied antiemetic drugs; ? Long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs or alcohol abuse; ? Mental disorders, unable to communicate normally, have a history of epilepsy, still taking antiepileptic drugs; ? Poorly controlled diabetes (fasting blood glucose > 12mmol/L), hypertension (> 180/110mmHg); ? Bleeding diseases and abnormal coagulation function and menstruation; ? Serious systemic diseases (heart disease, coronary heart disease, pacemaker); ? Refused to participate in this study.
