- •Patients over 40 years of age diagnosed with A/E COPD.
排除标准
- •Patients of COPD with pneumonia,
- •COPD with pneumothorax
- •Hospital stay less than 5 days,
- •Patient with cardiac disease,
- •History of asthma.
- •Those not giving consent.
- •Those unable to take oral corticosteroid.
