- Brief Summary
The trial screened 129 participants and enrolled 105. Of these 67 chose centre-based and 38 chose mPR. The people who chose mPR were younger and working with a trend toward higher education. The attendance rate was higher in the centre-based group however, analysis of engagement data showed a higher proportion of people engaged with mPR for 8 weeks than the attendance data indicated. Clinical outcome analysis showed mPR was not inferior to centre based for impact on symptom scores or time spent in sedentary behaviour, but the non-inferiority could not be confirmed for changes in dyspnoea or quality of life.
