入排标准
入选标准
- •All patients scheduled for elective upper limb surgeries
- •Patients of ASA physical status 1 and 2
- •Patients of either sex
- •Age > 18 years and < 60 years
- •BMI < 30 kg/m2
排除标准
- •Pregnant women/Lactating women
- •Infection at the site of block
- •Patients having chronic pain and on analgesia medications or taking any anticoagulopathy Patients having history of brachial plexus injury, previous upper limb
- •or shoulder surgeries, deformity/congenital anomaly of upper limbs.
- •H/o allergy to local anesthetic drugs or drug abuse
- •Mental incapacity or language barrier precluding to informed consent
- •Patients who cannot lie down/non co-operative
- •Patients refusal for participation in study
- •Pre-existing motor or sensory deficit in the operative limb
- •Severe pulmonary pathology
- •Failed block â?? Converted to general anaesthesia
