- •a) three-year trained and/or studied (vocational school and/or university), state-certified nursing professionals
- •b) at the time of the survey, active work in direct patient care in a hospital in Germany
- •c) German language skills that are sufficient for the potential participants to understand both the study informations and explanation letter and the questionnaire content/questions from the interview guide.
- •d) Ability to give informed consent: Written consent to participation
