The study is randomized control trial that will be conducted at All India Institute of Medical Sciences Gorakhpur among the UG nursing students on the management of eclampsia. to assess the effectiveness of Video assisted debriefing among nursing students for developing technical and non technical skills in managing eclampsia. The true experimental design pre test post test only control design is used in the study. The population of this study includes UG nursing students from AIIMS Gorakhpur. A total of 60 students will be chosen and will be allocated to experimental group and control group with the computer generated software. Management of eclampsia will be practiced under 4 sub categories. It includes identification of eclampsia, initial management of eclampsia, medical management of eclampsia and obstetric management of eclampsia. Where the procedural activities count in technical skills and non technical skill comprises situation awareness, decision making, communication, team work and Leadership. After explaining clear objective, ensuring psychological safety and obtaining verbal consent for video recording of performed scenarios. Recorded videos of these scenarios will be for education purpose only and will be deleted after completion of data collection. Day 1 pretest will be conducted followed by practice on same day and following 2 days. Day 2, 3 are practice day. Day 4 post test will be conducted to obtain data on technical and non technical skills for management of eclampsia. This will cover 3 type of eclampsia antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum eclampsia. There will be a significant difference in technical skills among UG nursing students between the experimental and control group. There will be a significant difference in non technical skills among UG nursing students between the experimental and control group. There will be significant association between technical and non technical skills in selected socio demographic variables.
follow up assessment will be done after 2 weeks of video assisted debriefing in managing eclampsia.

- •Students who are in 3rd year & 4th year of their UG degree program at College of Nursing, AIIMS Gorakhpur.
- •students who are willing to acquire technical and non technical skills in managing eclampsia.
排除标准
- •The B.Sc. Nursing Hons.
- •students who had previously been for simulation type of training on eclampsia.
- •students who will not be available at time of allocation.
