Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Healthy young adult age between 18\-25 year
- •BMI between 8\.50 \- 22\.90 kg/m²
- •Independent walking without the use of assistive devices
- •Live in Nakhon Sri Thamarath province
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.People who received other balance training programs
- •2\.Phone users more than 6 hours/day
- •3\.People with symptoms of dizziness, vertigo
- •4\.People who have the visual perceptual disorder
- •5\.People who have cognitive impairment
