Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Female wrestlers
- •2\.Age group between 12\-20 years
- •3\.Players practicing wrestling at least 3 times in a week
- •4\.Players having an experience of at least 2 years in wrestling
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Recent injuries within one year like fractures, dislocations, neurological injuries etc. of neck, upper and lower extremity.
- •2\.Players who have any history of psychiatric, neurological, cardiovascular or respiratory disorders
- •3\.Players practicing other game/games along with wrestling
- •4\.Players not practicing wrestling regularly
