Inclusion Criteria
1.Female wrestlers
2.Age group between 12-20 years
3.Players practicing wrestling at least 3 times in a week
4.Players having an experience of at least 2 years in wrestling
Exclusion Criteria
1.Recent injuries within one year like fractures, dislocations, neurological injuries etc. of neck, upper and lower extremity.
2.Players who have any history of psychiatric, neurological, cardiovascular or respiratory disorders
3.Players practicing other game/games along with wrestling
4.Players not practicing wrestling regularly

Name Time Method 1.Balance- Y balance test <br/ ><br>2.Abdominal muscle strength- Bench trunk curl test <br/ ><br>Timepoint: <br/ ><br>The outcome measures will be assessed at baseline and post intervention (after 6 weeks)
