Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Critically ill patients in the emergency department who have been admitted for at least 3 hours and are ready to be transferred to intensive care unit with the doctor's order.
- •Nurses working permanently in the emergency department
- •Nurses should have at least two months of experience working in the emergency room
- •Nurses must have a nursing associate degree, internship or higher.
- •There is no age limit for patients
- •Nurses should be between 22 and 60 years old.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Presence of patients in the emergency department for less than 3 hours
- •Absence of indication to transport the patient to the intensive care unit
